We are looking to recruit an Integration Manager, working within the Operations Team. The key objective of this role is to deliver Integrated Systems that conform to an agreed scope and acceptance criteria, within budget and on schedule.
Function
•Development and management of the Integration Strategy and Planning;
•Definition and implementation of the Handover Strategy
•Development and management of acceptance and validation criteria used within the project teams
•System Concept guardian through implementation of Change and Configuration Management
•Management of existing systems Change Management, co-ordinating development and implementation teams with customer requirements/expectations
•Customer Liaison – developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
•Integration planning linking key technical deliverables

•Strong Leadership
•Excellent Communicator on all levels
•System Integration Knowledge
•Presentation skills at all levels
•Experienced in Change Control and Configuration Management Processes
•Team Player – fostering “one team mentality” and remaining accountable for system delivery
•Balance competing priorities, delivering within deadlines and under pressure
