Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operations teams, including organizing and maintaining complete, accurate documentation
- Handle office, facilities and asset management, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and necessities
- Handle travel arrangements, including hotel and flight reservations, for foreign delegates and guests
- Handle and verify staff expense claims and travel requests
- Assist with processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, including staff clearance
- Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and other events, including collaborating with HR to arrange company events
- Draft and monitor policies and procedures concerning the Administrative Department and functions
- Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as office administrator
- Well-versed in all MS Office applications, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Visio
- Experience in documentation control and records handling
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactive and mature personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Professional working proficiency level of English
