Asset Management Consultant

Your position
As an Asset Management Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our service developments globally. This role is pivotal for the developments and deployments in the Life Cycle Services Delivery domain. You will oversee and enhance Maintenance & Asset Management processes, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Other responsibilities include:

Develop, deploy, and embed cutting-edge services and processes in Maintenance, Reliability, and Asset Management, aligned with global standards and market trends.

Define data and tooling requirements to ensure successful service delivery.

Integrate service competencies seamlessly within the organization, leveraging best practices and lessons learned.

Ensure readiness based on long-term plans, driving operational excellence across our global network.

Build and nurture an international network of reliability & maintenance engineers and managers to execute service strategies locally.

Provide competence support to local organizations and connect with business leaders to clarify requirements and drive improvements.

Work closely with domain experts, service tooling architects, service design leads, ICT, Digital Service development (PdM), and commercial product managers to enhance service offerings.
Profile
We are looking for a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills who can act as a trusted advisor to senior management. You should be able to operate at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, presenting solutions and motivating teams to achieve business goals. Your ability to build trust, take ownership, and drive impact is crucial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with a strong interest in industrial automation, digitalization, and B2B customer services;
- Over 5 years of relevant working experience;
- Proven expertise in Maintenance & Asset Management (ISO 55000) with experience in maintenance management, continuous improvement, and/or consultancy;
- Strong project and change management skills in an international environment;
- Ability to manage expert teams and senior stakeholders, building strong global relationships;
- Customer-centric, commercially minded, with a strong, can-do mentality.
What We Offer
A salary varying between € 6.000 to € 7.000 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
