What will you be doing? 

 

  • Overall coordination and administration of the office of the Corporate Secretary 

  • – Organize Board and Committee meetings 

  • – Draft Board and Committee meetings agendas and gather materials. Liase with senior management as needed 

  • – Organize and maintain board portal to ensure optimal efficiency 

  • Maintain action lists and ensure accountability 

  • Maintain organized records of meetings, minutes, dashboards and related documents 

  • Policy management and communication 

  • Maintain corporate charters and policies up to date, coordinate updates and prepare communication. 

  • Legal and Compliance training 

  • Assist in the preparation of material, coordinate communication and planning 

  • Assist in Legal and Compliance projects 

  • Assist with Governance matters 

  • Corporate Housekeeping in close conjunction with your colleague Paralegal 

 

 

What do we ask from you?

 

  • An experienced paralegal preferably with related experience in a similar role or a young graduate  

  • Attention to detail 

  • Creative thinker, open to challenge and eager to learn 

  • High sense of discretion 

  • Multi-tasking in fast paced, deadline driven environment 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English and Dutch) 

  • Solution-focused, takes initiative to ensure self and team work effectively within established guidelines and timeframes 

  • Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and board members 

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4747 to € 6443  gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
