Your responsibilities

Deliver customer-oriented solutions for challenging technical production problems

Design and development of distributed systems

Collaboration on new, innovative services in the field of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)

Testing, integrating and evaluating new technologies in prototypes and architectures

Contribute ideas and opinions as part of a technical community in the midst of interdisciplinary teams
Your qualifications and skills
-
Degree in business information technology, automation engineering or a comparable qualification
-
Excellent communication skills with business and technology partner

You like to share knowledge and your expertise with colleagues and/or customers

High flexibility and the willingness to learn in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with dynamic projects and technologies

Pronounced sense of responsibility and service

Strong, proven communication skills with business and technology partners

Your Knowledge
-
Experience with edge systems and distributed systems, preferably from the Industrial IoT environment
-
Experience with Cloud Services (IaaS & PaaS) and Infrastructure as code
-
Experience in the introduction of cloud technologies in an enterprise or customer environment
-
Experience in implementing production-ready solutions with cloud native technologies such as containers/dockers, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, NoSQL DBs
-
Knowledge of software development and current software architecture trends and technologies (e.g. microservices, serverless, 2-fator apps, continuous delivery)
-
You have experience in at least on modern programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Node, JS or TypeScript)

Practical experience in the areas of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) & Unit Testing

Knowledge of IT security
