Your responsibilities
The Global HR BP Enabling Functions is part of the Finance Leadership Team and the HR Leadership Team.
Our Global Finance function is responsible for ensuring a compliant control environment and drive fact-based, data driven decisions, through skilled and dedicated people. Partnering directly with the CFO and her leadership team, the HR BP acts a trusted advisor, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement organizational development for more than 500 people in overall Area CFO.
In addition, the GHRBP is responsible for the HR function/ people development agenda (200+ employees), equally partnering with the CPO and the HR leadership team. What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be:

Setting and driving people strategies to support key strategic objectives, and work with colleagues within the global HR function to drive people related solutions.

Drafting and developing the People Plan to support the requirements of the Global Finance and Global HR Business Plans

Leading the transformation & change management agenda for the enabling functions, i.e. HR leadership for Future Finance & Future HR Proof Organization projects

Providing insight and support to the management teams developing organizational design, culture, leadership, talent, capability development and change.

Partnering with the management team to understand the business challenges as key input for the people plan and, in collaborating with People Services, enable the people plan delivery.

Coaching management team on people related options as input for business and people decision making.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people topics and providing direction on HR solutions in collaboration with Expert colleagues in COEs and People services.

Collaborating with the other global BU HRBPs and peer HRBP’s, contributing to both the creation and delivery of the global People strategy and related initiatives.

Acting as the voice of their respective business scope in the HR team to ensure business needs are represented and to support the successful deployment of HR solutions.

Acting as the HR lead and single point of contact within the leadership team

Coaching management team to further grow their leadership skills and potential.
What do we ask from you?
This dynamic and versatile role requires you to bring:
-
10+ years of experience in HR, including experience in a multinational company.
-
5+ years of experience as HRBP, working successfully in a global matrix environment. Experience translating business needs into tangible people plans (tactical and strategic levels).

Experience delivering people plans in collaboration with COEs and HR shared services. Credibility as a business partner, the ability to operate as part of a management team with the gravitas to influence and coach at this level.

Proven experience in organization design and change management experience.

Ability to act as a talent champion, you have experience in driving and deploying successful talent development initiatives.

Strong influencing skills and proactive self-starting attitude, you are able to build strong partnerships within the function to ensure required resources are allocated for strategic topics.

Excellent business English with strong cultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with business and HR stakeholders across the globe at various levels in the organization.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to engage others for the broader good by balancing business and HR priorities.

Resilience and tenacious with a ‘can do’ mindset.

This position offers a competitive salary range of gross € 7.200 to € 9.200 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
