Global Talent Acquisition

Your role

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of a multi-year recruiting strategy to deliver diverse talent needs at all levels. You will join a team of professionals to ensure that the company continues improving how it sources, recruits, hires and on-boards top talent. 

You will also strategically support all employment branding and social media efforts, drive recruiting execution based on metrics, and support the development of a unified global approach/candidate experience. This position will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and will be a key part of the Talent team comprised of Talent Management & Development, and Vanderlande’s Global Learning Academy.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Support the definition and execution of clear and proactive candidate sourcing strategies for the diverse labor markets around the Globe

  • Influence Regional Talent Acquisition Teams and support their development and success in delivering the Right Talent at the Right Time.

  • Strategically support a team of recruiters, schedulers and talent sourcing professionals, ensuring that the company’s talent acquisition needs are met, including employment branding, talent sourcing, talent assessment, hiring processes, workforce planning, recruiting operations and onboarding.

  • Oversee and establish global functional WD Recruiting priorities including upkeep and maintenance of recruiting data in WD.

  • Foster a culture and framework of innovation through leveraging technology and recruiting insights to support the delivery of key metrics to drive performance of Vanderlande’s Talent Acquisition team’s effectiveness, including diversity and inclusion.

  • Collaborate and optimize employer branding in collaboration with our regional partners and Global Marketing team.

  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders to develop innovative, progressive, results-driven staffing activities that meet current and future needs as the company grows.

  • Manage the structure, processes, practices, training, and tools necessary to support the talent acquisition strategies and influence their implementation regionally while adhering to global practices.

  • Drive a best-in-class hiring experience ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers have a high-quality positive experience.

  • Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop, cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships that support an inclusive talent pipeline.

  • Design, set-up and maintain, in partnership with Learning Consultants & Learning Solutions Team, curricula according learning needs.

Your profile

We ask you to bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition including a role in a multinational company or as a Senior Talent Acquisition team member

  • Workday functional design and support experience

  • Experience driving recruiting technology and innovation roadmap at a regional level, including social sourcing strategies, reporting and operational collaboration across a global team

  • Consultancy skillset (analytical, conceptual, customer centric, business savvy

  • Project management skillset (manage scope, budget and time of projects with global impact)

  • Creative professional with a passion for capturing great people while leveraging technology and communication tools

Some regional and international travel will be required. This position will be located in EMEA.
