We aim to improve our SLA (Service Level Agreements) monitoring and reporting processes to ensure better service for our parcel customers. Current monitoring methods may not fully highlight performance gaps or opportunities for improvement. Inefficient SLA management can lead to reduced service quality and customer satisfaction.
Your mission would be to analyze our SLA performance, identify where we excel and where we can improve, and develop actionable strategies for improvement. This includes evaluating contract agreements, monitoring processes, communication flows, and exploring how to make data-driven decisions to steer better outcomes. Department
Service Parcel, part of the APS (Airport and Parcel Solutions) department, focuses on servicing our clients’ parcel systems in the Benelux. In addition to traditional life cycle services like maintenance, spare parts, and retrofits, we are evolving as a data-driven business partner, delivering intelligent and future-proof solutions.
As an intern, you’ll collaborate with the Service Parcel team and other departments such as the service desk, planning, engineering, and sourcing. You’ll engage in individual research and team-based problem-solving in a dynamic and supportive environment, always keeping our customers and their processes at the forefront.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze current service level agreements, monitor these and reporting processes, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Review SLA performance data and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
- Compile a research report detailing findings, analysis, and actionable recommendations for improving SLA performance and communication
- Work with the Service Parcel team and other departments to gather data and insights
- Propose improvements to existing processes (or for new processes) based on research, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
