The Senior HR Assistant is a support role for the Executive HRBP APAC Customer Center (Regional CC) providing administration support to CC HRBP in line with APAC business strategy and people needs. This role is responsible to enable CC HRBP to appropriate 50% capacity to Global HRBP duties for business unit APS. The Senior HR Assistant shall provide administration support to CC HRBP in driving the co-ordination of regional people plan based on business needs and collaborates with the regional HR organization and business representing the CC HRBP to align services and solutions to these business needs.
General duty:
Managing administration and calendar of CC HRBP weekly and monthly program in line with CC people plan deliverables and business people needs as directed by CC HRBP.
