Are you a visionary leader with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Global People Services Leader to build, lead, and develop a world-class, employee-focused People Services organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery that meets global HR and business expectations.

Your responsibilities

The Global People Services Lead will ensure alignment with HR as a whole and will manage and lead the Global People Services teams, ensuring a great employee experience, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness of service delivery and execution of HR processes and procedures within the set legal and compliance frameworks. The PS organization is set up in 8 regions and a HR Shared Service Center. Delivering HR services to 9000+ employees. Other responsibilities are:

  • Leads the deployment of the 3-5 year global transformation plan for global people services, including global SSC & local service delivery

  • Creates vision, brand and identity of People Services

  • Creates and sets the overall direction for People Services Strategy and connects with Finance & IT strategy

  • Provides strategic leadership to the wider global People Services organization

  • Builds Employee Experience and service mindset across People Services  and sets the overall People Services agenda

  • Anticipates HR operations trends and global business needs to ensures future focus of People Services organization

  • Engages with HRLT, Board members and BU leadership team to ensure an aligned strategy

  • Drives personal growth, professional development, career progression and teamwork of direct reports and builds a pipeline of talent

  • Collaborates with HRLT, HRBPs and Regional/Local People Services Leads to ensure consistency between regions/countries

Your qualifications

  • A relevant Master’s degree.

  • 7+ years of experience in an international context.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions.

  • Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.

  • Extensive labor relations experience.

  • Fluency in both the Dutch and English language.

  • Travel component of 25% (globally)
