We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Director of HR for North America. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a junior or senior majoring in Business or Engineering to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. This position offers an in-office opportunity with a flexible schedule of approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Create and manage presentations using PowerPoint for various HR-related meetings and reports.
- Maintain and organize content on SharePoint for efficient information sharing.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
- Support the HR team with data visualization and reporting using Power BI (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a proactive approach.
