Your responsibilities

What you will be doing
- The passion you have for HSE, setting high standards and giving a good example.
- Creating (and following up on) solid reporting on accidents/incidents and hazards.
- Auditing and Inspections.
- Monthly KPI reporting.
- Providing training and support to our teams.
- Taking on small improvement projects
- Communicating effortlessly with different levels in (and outside of) the organization.
- Not being afraid to challenge the status quo.
- The natural way you manage stakeholders towards the same company-wide high standard of safety
What do we expect from you
- A bachelor or master degree
- Affinity with technology
- You have a good command of the English language (additional languages isa plus)
- You have the ability to analyze information and produce written reports and you are computer literate.
- NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent). (MVK or higher)
- A willingness to travel (up to 20%).
- An understanding of local safety legislations.
- The ability to analyze information and produce written reports.
- Practical experience or interested in with working on service sites, e.g. lifting ops/work at height/moving machinery/electrical works etc.
Your department
As part of the Service Operations team, your primary focus is on further increasing operational safety in the Northern Europe region, for Warehousing BU. You are liaising with multiple stakeholders: being in direct contact with the Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, the site management team, Vanderlande subcontractors and suppliers and the corporate HSE department. You report to the HSE Manager.
Your offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of €3.600 to €4.600 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
