  • Direct and main dialogue between the project team and the Client in all matters related to Quality.
  • Coordination and supervision of the Quality Assurance Plan approved by the Contractor, especially in its three phases on site: Reception of materials after manufacturing, Installation and Testing.
  • Review, implement and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure its effective operation.
  • Carry out management reviews and take other necessary measures to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external quality audits (with the Client and/or with whomever he designates).
  • Ensure that all Quality Audits required in accordance with the contractual agreements are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the quality documentation and report the findings of such audits to the Client if applicable.
  • Have the authority to intervene on any Work or activity that is not being carried out or carried out in accordance with the applicable quality requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison with the End Client and act as the main representative of the Contractor in all matters related to quality management.
  • Coordinate and carry out periodic meetings on quality between the Contractor or whoever he designates.
  • Coordinate all matters and questions related to the certification of the Quality Management System.
  • Prepare and submit to the end customer monthly reports on the Quality Management System and any other report that may reasonably be required on the matter.
  • Ensure that the pertinent Quality Records are kept, in accordance with the Quality Management System and the Information and Systems Management requirements.
  • Prepare and implement a procedure for the management of Non-conformities and Corrective Actions, follow-up on them and manage their closure.
  • Prepare all general and specific quality procedures and collaborate in all those related to the Execution of Works.
  • Ensure that the Inspection and Test Plans (“ITPs”) are prepared, reviewed and approved before the start of the Works and that they are complied with.
  • Approve quality plans, ITP's and all documentation that is evidence of correct compliance with the engineering, procurement and construction processes.
  • Monitoring and loading of communications on the documentary platform (SISDOC).
  • Manage the work of the personnel in charge, if any.
  • Carry out any other matter that, in accordance with the position, functions and contractual requirements, is the responsibility of this position.
