This role is a key position within the Installation Operations and Continuous Improvement team for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of lean methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
•    Willing to travel 50% of the time to different project sites.
•    Identify, manage, and deliver installation improvement activity across the business
•    Lead and facilitate lean/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions 
•    Work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment focused on enterprise thinking
•    Audit processes for standardization and effectiveness
•    Support the delivery of better value through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
•    Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
•    Report monthly project status and benefits, update visual management, and run the big room for the CI efforts
 
Competencies: 
•    The ideal candidate will be strong-willed and resilient, with a proven ability to drive change even in environments resistant to it. They should be comfortable pushing through barriers and influencing teams to embrace new methodologies and improvements.
•    Preferred 2-4 years of experience in a construction environment
•    5-7 years lean/continuous improvement experience 
•    Good understanding of continuous improvement concepts and experience with hands-on implementation
•    Possess exceptional communication skills, capable of managing delays and ensuring clear, consistent updates across multiple regions. Tracking and reporting project progress from various locations will be a critical part of this role.
•    Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead improvement workshop sessions (e.g., value stream mapping, kaizen events) with a range of business stakeholders
•    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint
