From BU WS we are setting up a benchmark framework for services including asset and asset management performances. A precondition for improving our service proposition effectively. Underlying topics are maintenance evaluation process, benchmark criteria, benchmark database, way of working
The Asset Management team develop, embed and execute service products. Setup maintenance strategy, maintenance plan, improve service proposition and support customer centers in providing better service to customer.
The Asset Management team is located within the service solution team of Markets & Strategy department of BU Warehouse Solution. The team interacts with Technology, Digital Service Factory, and customer centers to provide better service to the customer. You will be working within the Asset Management team.
Tasks / responsibilities
- The outcome of this internship should help in setting up the requirements and guidelines for building the benchmark framework.
- The student has to analyze the maintenance evaluation process, benchmark criteria, way of working and benchmark database to provide preconditions to improve them.
- Specialized in maintenance engineering with an educational stream of master’s in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Knowledge in maintenance management is preferable
