Description of the assignment
This internship provides you with a unique opportunity to learn all about business and in specific HR, in an international and fast growing context. You will be looking over the shoulder of the international HR Business Partners based in Veghel responsible for the Business Unit Warehouse Solutions organization at Vanderlande. Whilst doing so, you will learn and provide hands on support to the HRBP’s in executing their people strategy.
During this assignment you will connect most with HR Business Partners and HR advisors across the world and depending on the topics you will be working on you will be in touch with a network of managers and employees.
Support the HR Business Partner – and with that the global Warehouse Solutions organization- by driving key topics of the people strategy forward. This includes operational tasks in the areas of e.g. talent management, employee experience, professional/ leadership skill development or changes in organizational structure. Part of the foundation will be in data analytics and project management related tasks.
This means on one hand ensuring relevant data validation and reporting (using Excel, PowerPoint), define with the HR team the relevant action plan and drive proper follow up through the internal HR community and related people managers.
From data to ensuring impact through others, this is a fun and challenging internship that provides insights in a broad range of business and HR processes, working with others in an international context.
