Internship: supporting an HR Business Partner
Description of the assignment
This internship provides you with a unique opportunity to learn how HR strategically supports the business in an international context. You will be looking over the shoulder of the Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for the Business Unit Warehouse Solutions at Vanderlande. Whilst doing so, you will support the Global HRBP in executing the people strategy.
Department description
During this internship you will especially connect with other HRBP’s across the world, but also with a broad network of HR colleagues and managers within Warehouse Solutions.
Your responsibilities
Support the Global HRBP by driving key topics of the people strategy forward. This includes operational tasks in the areas of e.g. talent management, employee experience, competency development, leadership development, or changes in organizational structure. Part of the foundation will be in data analytics and project management related tasks.
You will ensure relevant data validation and reporting (using Excel, PowerPoint), define relevant action plans with the HR team, and drive proper follow up. Moreover, there is the possibility of joining diverse projects in collaboration with other departments.

– Knows how to analyze data (using Excel);

– Strong communicator (verbal and in writing);
– Profound English required.
