Mandatory Skills: Experience – 8-10 years
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of Linux, Microsoft windows server & client operating systems. (Server 2016 R2, 2019, Windows 10) (MCSA & RHCSA certifications)
Good understanding of cloud concepts. Experience with Azure cloud desired.
Knowledge of VMware ESXi 6 or above (VCP certification preferred)
Specific experience with Nagios OP5mon would be an added advantage. Experience with other IT monitoring tools would also help.
Experience in monitoring and resolving hardware issues relate to server & client hardware.
Experience with Project related deliveries and co-ordination for the same.
Secondary Skills:
Knowledge of Networks & Cisco technologies would be an added advantage.
Experience with VEEAM or other backup products.
Primary Roles & Responsibility:
Supporting local office clients that are experiencing issues.
Monitoring datacenter health performance and taking corrective actions.
Support virtualization & network related topics.
The person will be working on both the local office as well as remote issues. Ranging from issues on client’s machines to servers. (Virtualized or Physical)
Should be ready to travel to different geographies for supporting IT projects. Travel could be for short or long durations.
