Are you a reliable, organized, and dedicated professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Maintenance Planner & Coordinator to expertly manage and coordinate maintenance activities across the Nordics, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service.
What will you be doing?
As the Maintenance Planner & Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance tasks, ensuring that all maintenance operations run smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with our field service engineers and other third parties to optimize maintenance schedules and improve service delivery for our customers in the Nordics.
Responsibilities

Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, minimizing operational disruptions.

Act as the primary contact for unplanned changes to maintenance.

Coordinate services delivered by external suppliers.

Formulate resource plans for scheduled contractual maintenance visits, inspections and projects across the Nordics.

Generate purchase orders, service orders and assign work orders.

Develop and deliver detailed service reports to customers, ensuring clear communication and transparency.

Address customer inquiries regarding maintenance.

Provide service quotes for recommended/requested additional services & invoice upon completion

Coordinate services delivered by external suppliers & follow-up on the delivery of spare parts

Regularly review customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide invoices for services rendered.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and the working environment act.

Continuously improve maintenance processes.
What do we ask from you?
- Technician/technical experience is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a planning or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Charisma, emotional intelligence & an ability to drive others
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Good command of the English and Nordic language.
