What will you be doing?

You will be a member of the Marketing and Communications department, which is responsible for Vanderlande’s positioning and profiling at a corporate level, as well as recruitment, online and internal communications. In this role, you will be an integral part of the company’s marketing and communication activities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing and Communications, you will support the Warehousing business unit in achieving their growth ambitions. You will play a pivotal role in translating business strategy into clear marketing and communication plans, and execute them within our specialist team.

A significant part of your activities will revolve around account based marketing, creating personalised and targeted content and campaigns for one of our key accounts. In addition, you will be directly involved in organising events, such as webinars, trade fairs and exhibitions around the globe.

This exciting opportunity will enable you to enhance our global marketing and communications by reaching our target groups in a personal and interactive way with creative global campaigns. You will have an excellent platform to provide informative and engaging content, and make a real difference at a rapidly growing international organisation

Your responsibilities

As an experienced, self-starting and flexible marcom specialist, you will:

  • managing a wide range of projects within specific budgets and deadlines

  • co-developing and implementing marketing and communication plans

  • creating content such as animations, videos, webinars and podcasts that align with our brand, strategy and business goals

  • developing creative (account based) marketing campaigns

  • communicating and cooperating with ease across a complex matrix in a diverse and multinational B2B organisation.

What do we ask from you?​

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications

  • at least five to eight years of experience in strategic marketing communications in an international B2B environment

  • excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

  • a pragmatic and hands-on approach, and be driven to achieve excellent results

  • fluency in English and Dutch.

About the team

You will join our expanding team of enthusiastic professionals in the Marketing and Communications department. They are responsible for Vanderlande’s positioning and profiling at a corporate level, as well as marketing communications, employer branding, internal and online communications.

You will be an integral part of this proactive team, and report to the Manager Marketing & Communications. Through your work, you will also connect with the wider Vanderlande family, consisting of 9,000 colleagues across the globe.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.600 to € 5.900 gross per month. Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
