Qualifications and abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 5 years related business experience handling Government relations
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Excellent contacts with the Government entities and Law Enforcement Authorities in Saudi Arabia

  • Manage administrators
  • Manage procurement officers
  • Manage document control officers

List of key activities

  • Contacting and coordinating with All Airport authorities and security departments related to the service contract
  • Being in charge for all security permits process and procedures with close following up of the concerned parties.
  • Updating and reporting for all new procedures and polices related to government regulations.
  • Researching potential vendors
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Prepare reports on Purchases
  • Administrative support of department
  • Administrate, process and archive information and requests
  • Assuring the site team following the regulations, instructions.
  • Being responsible for documentation systems process, procedures.
