Job purpose statement

Provide leadership, direction, and problem resolution for team
-
Manage the operations team and activities of service contract.
-
Proactively locate improvement opportunities in operational process and activities.
-
Quality Control oversight and reporting.
-
Fallback in case of absence Manager – Supervisor – Administration.
-
Support and fallback for Asst. Ops Manager / Shift Leaders, CROs & Admin
-
24/7 coverage of service site and liaison with customer and stakeholders
Qualification and abilities
-
Bachelor’s or Associate degree required, preferable technical or business
-
Minimal 5 years’ experience in operations or airline operations.
-
Minimal 3 years’ experience in management / team leader function.
-
Excellent verbal and oral skills in English language preferred
-
Integrated operations experience, stakeholder coordination & communication.
-
Proper communicative and negotiation capabilities.
-
Willing to travel domestically.
-
Efficient computer skills MS Office applications.
-
Ability to influence senior management and individual contributor level
Responsibilities
-
Continuous improvement of the system operations and team performance.
-
Performance communication and reporting.
-
Communication and performance measurement of 3rd parties.
-
Manage Customers’ service contract – personnel, operations, quality and finance.
-
Final responsibility for performance of maintenance and operations on specific sites. Site representative of Vanderlande Industries.

Safety culture – support of on-site safety leaders and safety training program
List of key activities
-
Manage operations teams & shift schedules – collaborate with Operations Manager.
-
Ensure optimal manpower & skills distribution.
-
Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute /distribute improvement plan.
-
Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed.
-
Communication and coordination with stakeholders during operation and in cases of breakdown.
-
Commits to and drives performance improvement.
-
Methodologically analyzing and improving departmental processes, such as people development.
-
Performance measuring and reporting for both system and team operations.
-
Responsible for health, safety, and environment on site.
-
Responsible for stakeholder meetings at DFW IOC location. Including team engagement with different personal development opportunities offered by DFW.
-
Review key internal documents for revision- SOP, Contingency planning, Contact book.
-
Review contingency locations to ensure proper equipment and all necessities are in place.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
