Responsibilities:
- Guide team through change management process and play a key role in implementing improvements and new processes
- Work closely with IT to support the implementation of new tools and systems
- Support agenda of DPO
- Translate the needs of operational teams into clear ask to DPO
- Shares views with the community to come to improvement proposals
- 2nd line query handling and resolution for own process area coming from central FSSC
- Liaison between regional service delivery and DPO
- Support in process improvement/rollout initiated by DPO (UAT, implementation training)
- Provides training to operational teams
- Takes part in process community meetings and aligns and cooperates closely with peers
- Is back up for SMEs in other regions, and maintains the Global process view
- Maintains regional deviations and brings these forward to DPO for approval or resolution
- Interacts with regional stakeholders on behalf of FSSC for operational improvements/adherence to the standard process
- Seeks root causes for deviations from adherence/process based on KPI results
- Executes J-SOX controls
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in leading process improvements while being able to assist in driving the business toward appropriate business decisions
- Background in payroll/accounting/tax consulting – broad & regional experience (not only processing operationally, focus on NA region, but global is preferred)
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in multiple countries
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or a related field
- 3+ years of payroll and process improvement experience
