Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform quantity surveying duties
- Assisting with claims research and substantiation
- Prepare and update variation and claim status on a regular basis
- Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract variations, interim and final accounts
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to compile concise and accurate Scopes of Work
- Handle ad-hoc assignment (contractual / quantity surveying related) as requested
Required Qualification
- Tertiary qualification or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in related fields (less experience will be considered as junior post)
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organisation
- Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (English and Cantonese would be an advantage)
- The ability to quickly adapt to any given circumstance
- A positive outlook and be solution focussed
- Proficiency in MS office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point
