As a Sales Engineer you are in crucial role in the sales process. You work in an inspiring sales team, for an expanding account with great opportunities for challenging projects.
Together with the Key Account Manager and other team members you will make an important contribution to the sales success in the pre-contract phase of a project.
During the sales process, you will work on complex technical and business challenges, in which you will contribute to the proposal preparation according to the customer tender requirements. You are part of the sales team working on the project. Additionally, you will play an important role in the transfer of the project to the team who will realize the project.
Understanding the customer's business and processes and translate this into a proposal.
Flow analyses, lay-outing, pricing, writing procurement specifications and evaluating the subcontractor proposals, project execution planning and writing the proposal is all part of the sales process.
- At least a Bachelor degree in industrial, mechanical or logistics engineering
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Analytical ability to structure and solve logistics problems as a system integrator
- Affinity for E-commerce or parcel sort process is a pré
- Good command of English, German nice to have
- Team player
