Your Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Oversees the execution of a complex service contract at an operational level, proactively anticipating customer requirements to ensure successful delivery and outcomes.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify risks and opportunities and develop Service Operational Plans to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
  • KPI Achievement: Achieve challenging KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Innovation and Development: Develop new working methods, tools, and competencies within the service teams to ensure optimised maintenance and operational delivery.
  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the successful implementation of the service strategy and act as a mature sparring partner for senior management.
  • Stakeholder Administration: Manages escalations with limited fallback, coordinates and communicates during significant incidents and escalations.
  • Efficient Operation: Oversee the smooth functioning of all automated systems and assets by developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance procedures. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and executing timely repairs to minimise downtime and maintain high operational efficiency.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Utilize data analysis to monitor equipment performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise maintenance strategies and manage spare parts consumption effectively.
  • CMMS Implementation and Management: Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as Maximo, to track maintenance activities, manage inventory, and monitor performance metrics.

About You

This role is ideal for proactive, strategic, detail-oriented individuals committed to excellence in service and operational delivery within an automated environment.

  • Hold a relevant technical or business qualification.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS/WMS/WCS and other industry-related software.
  • Proven experience managing service contracts, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve challenging KPIs through continuous improvement initiatives.
