What will you be doing?
Responsibilities

Lead and support supervisors and site managers responsible for installation on site
-
Act as single POC from the installation department within one of the customer centres
-
Responsible for a suitable resource schedule per project in close consultation with the project team.

Assign resources to projects in coordination with GL and other TLs.

Monitor projects within designated customer centre regarding progress and status
-
Coach and instruct supervisors and site managers on managerial and technical aspects and on process adherence

Perform quality checks and reviews on installation
-
Perform safety walks and inspections
-
Facilitate and support the use of software tooling
-
Support sales and project teams by bringing in advice on system installation
-
Create a safe base and supports supervisors and site managers in creating a safe base on site
-
Encourage and support team members to develop a personal development plan.

Align with installations departments of branches and other customer centres.

Own and manage a specific area of improvement within the installation community.

Contribute to improvements within the installation discipline by organising team involvement.

Manage team members with a contractor status.

Manage the administration and support quality measurement

About the team
The installation department in Veghel, working within CC WS INT and CC APS EMEA LATAM, consists of around 65 professionals. Their job is to manage and supervise the installation phase of airport, parcel and warehouse projects on site. The majority of the team works on site, but a core team is located in Veghel. This team consists of a group leader and three team leaders. Together, they lead the team and represent the installation discipline within the Customer Centre.
