As the Service Consultant Data Analytics you are part of the Global Service Desk, an internationally operating service organization for our customers in the Airports, Warehousing and Parcel business units. Service Desk teams all around the globe work work together to make sure systems are available around the clock for our customers to use. Apart from the traditional service delivery aligned with ITIL (Incident, Problem & Change Management) we are also dedicated to developing ourselves as a business partner for our customers; and we are looking for talented people to help us!
The Service Consultant Data Analytics we are looking for, can see the bigger picture and can easily drill down into the details. You enjoy being the subject matter expert in all things data related and relish in your insights being a critical input for our continuous improvement programs and delighting our customers.
Identifying business value: Your team is positioned as a Competence Centre within the Global Service Desk organization supporting, aligning and developing the Service Desk way of working with all Customer Centers. You will be in close contact to identify the needs for performance analytics and insights and you are able to translate their needs and challenges into reports and potential areas for improvement and get stakeholder buy-in to validate them.
As Service Consultant Data Analytics you are a team player with strong communication skills in the technical and business domain. You have a passion and drive for finding new insights in vast amounts of data and participate actively in the development and implementation of improvements (technology, processes and tooling) to build this position further in the organization.
Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant subject;
You have at least 5 years of working experience in the domain of Data, ICT, Statistics or equal
Experienced with Elastic Search and/or Splunk would be a benefit
Familiar with big data frameworks and experience with database query languages (SQL, Python)Superior Excel skills incl VBA, Power Pivot and Power Query;
Understanding of IT Service Management processes would be beneficial (e.g. ITIL)Service-oriented mindset
You are pro-active, curious and you have a can-do mentality
