Position
As a Service Contract Manager, your main functions/ tasks will be:
- Preparation and organize of service contracts.
- Coordinate, implement and optimize of service contracts.
- Can lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Act as the client’s representative within our organization.
- Operate in our customer´s best interest ensuring a healthy balance between the price, technology, and quality-of-service.
- Provide the best services and build healthy and long-term business relationship with our customers.
- Coordinate and guarantee our equipment suppliers services.
- Ensure smooth transition from project to service.
- Follow up and compliance of the Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety.
- Quality assurance.
Profile
As a Service Contract Manager within Vanderlande Italy, we are looking for a person with the follow experience and skills:
- Bachelor Degree or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial / logistics technical environment.
- Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organization.
- Fluency language skills in English (C1), both verbal and written,
- Willingness to travel. (30% of the time, mostly in Italy).
