Service Management Intern

Location: Marietta, GA
Type: Internship (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Department: North America Services, Amazon
Reports To: Senior Service Contract Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll support critical service support initiatives. You’ll play a key role in developing metric based reports, developing & maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing reports to illustrate service performance operationally & financially
  • Assist with selling non covered opportunities at the various Amazon sites
  • Assist the team with the planning and coordination of non-covered work
  • Assist the Quality Engineering team with any project planning

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Qlik Sense or Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
