The Global Service Deployment Group is an international operating service organization within the business unit Warehouse Solutions. The Service deployment Group develops, deploys, delivers and manages quality and effectiveness of our (new) service solutions and capabilities and consists of more than 200 employees who work together to make sure that our services closely connects to customer business needs. With the growth of data sources and digitalization of our services, performance management becomes a vital part of our ambition and therefore we centralized performance monitoring activities in the global organisation.
The Performance Monitoring Centre creates and delivers the right insight on technology, process and solution performance to drive continuous improvement for the business unit Warehouse Solutions. Manages data quality and effectiveness of our dashboards and reports and actively participates in improvement programmes. The Service Performance Analyst we are looking for, can see the bigger picture and can easily drill down into the details. You enjoy being the subject matter expert in all things related to data and relish in your insights being a critical input for our continuous improvement programs and delighting our customers.
You will be responsible to identify the needs for performance analytics and insights and you are able to translate their needs and challenges into reports and potential areas for improvement and get stakeholder buy-in.
You will work as part of a group that takes responsibility for data analysis, and providing insight into operational performance.
Key task & responsibilities:
As Service Performance Analyst you will work as part of a group that takes responsibility for data analysis, and providing insight into operational performance.
Analysis of data to identify growing trends, identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
Analysis of operational technical, processes and tooling performance
Maintain existing reports, understand needs, recommend KPIs and create compelling data visualizations that support various departments
Identifying linkage of operational performance measures and customer satisfaction by aligning with various internal departments
Provide recommendations for improvement initiatives and requirements based on your analysis
Participate in process improvement initiatives
As Service Performance Analyst, you have strong analytical abilities, together with an entrepreneurial approach in which you are not afraid to take the initiative and make decisions. You have good communication skills, and you can think creatively and in conceptual terms. We believe the right candidate meets the following criteria:
Education at bachelor or master level in a relevant area
Few years of relevant work experience in an international industry
Experience of writing/producing clear reports and operational packs for management
Strong data analysis skills
Preferably experience with ‘industry methodologies’, e.g., Six Sigma or Lean
Hands-on involvement in various reporting activities by utilizing tools and technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio and Python
You have the ability to gain trust, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders
