Service Readiness coordinator
What will you be doing!
As Service Readiness Coordinator you will work as part of the Service Desk, supporting and working with our global team of IT and OT- software engineers.
Within the service readiness team, you are responsible for the timely transition of new customer sites into the service organization (Service Take Over’s) and to manage the setup and implementation of support for new identified products (Product Take Over’s)
You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to interact with stakeholders within the service and project organizations, identify requirements and manage deliverables from multiple parties in line with the timeline plan.
You are acting as the linking pin between project management, contract & account management, and your colleagues within the service support areas to ensure high quality remote support for our customers' operations.
Responsibilities

Maintain an overview of ongoing and future Service– and Product Take Over’s

Manage the individual plans to ensure on time service readiness for each of the customer sites

Identify the expertise required from multiple support teams to assign activities and manage the progress of these activities

Proactively communicate on progress and status and raise the flag on potentials delays

Cooperates with Project Managers, Project leaders, Integration Managers, lead engineers and service contract & account managers

Assists during the preparation and implementation of small to complex Service Desk remote support contracts

Hands-on work to realize parts of the project to service transition plan for implementing Service Desk remote support

Supports general management in setting up Service Desk support processes, including operations, and quality

Learn from every service and product – take over and continuously focus on how to improve the way of working, support processes, operations, and the quality of delivery

Identify risks and implement mitigating action(s) to ensure on time support readiness
Your Profile
You have strong planning & organizational abilities, together with an entrepreneurial approach in which you are not afraid to take the initiative and make decisions. You have excellent communication skills, and you have a solution driven mentality.

Education at high level in a technical or IT subject

Five years of relevant work experience preferably in the international logistics industry

Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)

Affinity with technology and an appetite to learn

It is in your DNA to gain trust, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders
What we offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.056 to € 5.447 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
