• General administration of site: provide administrative assistance to management, respond to daily emails, 
create, and submit orders and maintain office supplies; take meeting minutes
• Plan and Maintain yearly holiday plan for employee in coordination with respective mangers and Maintenance Manager
• Document management tracking, logging incoming and outgoing documents
• Manage and schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with client
• Prepare monthly reports for the customer and Management team
• Data entry on Industry Safe and Maximo CMMS tools.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in general tasks, including but not limited to generating reports, presentations, filing, and organizing. 
• Collect PO, payment cheque from Client and deposit same in Bank
• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure all billing is correct and submitted properly
• Plan employee engagement activities at the site
• Participate in a weekly team meetings, All other duties determined by the management team in support of Maintenance contract
• Prepare all entry exit gate pass for tools and material 
• Take documents scan and apply for Airport pass for all employee and visitors and follow up on time renewal of all employee passes so operation is not impacted.
• Support new joiners for issuing resident ID (CPR). Keep records of all employees valid work visa, passport, resident ID and take necessary action for timely renewal.
• Support external team members from People Services and Project to process and issue business visas.
• Coordinating with different stake holders at Airport to provide assistance to technical team for smooth functioning on site
• Raising tickets to Airport for issues in Baggage hall impacting us but not related to BHS and following it up
• Vendor coordination for timely supply of spares, uniform, consumables, and other work related materials
