Are you looking for a dynamic Service Support Assistant job? Do you have experience in handling real world billing challenges? Then we invite you to keep on reading.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing, payment processing and financial record keeping processes using our ERP system. Your primary goal will be to drive the process, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Together with your colleagues, you support the service contract managers, who are responsible for managing our service contracts in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our billing operations, from order fulfillment to invoicing.

  • Collaborate with service contract managers, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient process flow.

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition.

  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance.

  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

About the Team

Vanderlande is the global market leader for future-proof logistic process automation at airports and in the parcel market. We are also a leading supplier of process automation solutions for warehouses. Our Nordics team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and services to our clients in the region.

You will be part of the Service Operations department. Service Operations is internationally responsible for the operational (service) execution within our market segments of Airports, Warehousing, and Parcel, consisting of 300 colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling various billing-related tasks.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and other relevant software a bonus

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
