As Site Manager your main functions/tasks will be:

  • Define the installation plan of the project.
  • Organization of all activities related to the 'works on site' phase.
  • Ensure the execution of the work according to the sequence defined in the planning.
  • Advise and participate in the Budget process of the execution phase and hiring of subcontractors.
  • Coordinate execution times with the client and subcontractors.
  • Lead and manage the interaction of jobs on the site.
  • Delegate responsibility for installation to suppliers/partners.
  • Optimum preparation for the commissioning phase of the installation.
  • Commissioning support during the testing phase.
  • Logistics organization of the teams on site.
  • Creation and management of site documentation and reporting of site management plans.
  • Management and control of internal processes.
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements.

How should your profile be?

  • Advanced vocational education in a technical specialty such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or Technician .
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience as Site Manager
  • Basic knowledge of 2D/3D CAD programs (Autocad, Solidworks, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Preferable experience in automated warehouses, airport and/or in the logistics sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative approach to building professional relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organization.
  • Fluency English (B2), both verbal and written, and a high level of Spanish (C1).
  • Availability to travel for several months and be displaced in other countries (EUROPE AND LATAM).
  • Driving license.
