What will you be doing?
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be central to ensuring the smooth delivery of spare parts packages for advanced logistics systems. From concept to final delivery, you’ll take full ownership of the process, working closely with Project Execution and Service Implementation teams to ensure every detail is accurate and on time.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines organization, stakeholder management, and technical understanding.

Executing the daily operations and assuring timely delivery of the quotations

Collecting spare parts information from third party suppliers to create complete package.

Proactively following up on Spare Parts Package quotations to keep projects on track.

Identifying opportunities for improvement and leading the implementation of smarter, more efficient processes.

Acting as a sparring partner for the internal organization and our customers.

Drive for structural improvements, resulting in an increased customer experience and improved effectiveness or efficiency.
You are our ideal candidate if you:

Have a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or comparable fields.

Bring at least 2 years of experience in coordination, planning, or stakeholder management roles.

Understand technical concepts—if you can fix your own bike, you’re on the right track!

Pay attention to detail and are familiar with how individual parts fit into a larger system.

Are a natural organizer, skilled at multitasking and keeping things on track.

Communicate effectively and adapt easily to different people and situations.

About the team
You will join the Global Spare Parts department within the Business Unit Supply, a team dedicated to the marketing, procurement, sales, planning, and delivery of Vanderlande’s material handling Spare Parts on a global scale. The department is organized into two specialized teams:
Logistics: Focused on order management, customer support, and the seamless fulfillment of Spare Parts orders.
Parts Marketing and Sales Solutions: Responsible for product management, master data, e-commerce, marketing, and the creation and support of Spare Parts Packages.
