We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with a specialization in inventory. You will be responsible for process development to ensure correct inventory management. You are responsible for our North American inventories, determining the correct stock quantities and making sure that inventory is consumed. You are the main point of contact for root-cause analyses as well as inventory requests from our projects.


As a member of the North American Control Tower, you will have the opportunity to:

If you’re an experienced, enthusiastic and versatile Supply Chain Analyst, you will excel at: 

·         Understanding the influencing factors of the performance of our supply chain inventory; 

·         Driving continuous improvement to quickly improve performance wherever necessary; 

·         Monitor progress and manage multiple improvement projects at the same time; 

·         Analyzing and giving solicited and unsolicited advice concerning the performance of our supply chain; 

·         Having a hands-on mentality with an eagerness to take on any challenge; 

·         Define and implement an inventory management strategy; 

·         Drive inventory reduction initiatives.  Find creative ways to utilize excess inventory;

·         Analyzing our supply chain and define a data driven inventory management methodology; 

·         Develop inventory management processes and tooling and global alignment; 

·         Initiating and managing actions that increase supply inventory performance or reduce inventory costs for our entire supply chain; 

·         Cooperate and communicate effectively on a global level; 


Your profile:  

You are able to maintain an overview and set the right priorities in this job. You work in a pragmatic, dynamic project environment in which you are highly aware of quality, results and costs. You manage your relationships with the projects and optimize collaboration. 


You furthermore have: 

·         A four year degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar. 

·         3 to 5 years hands-on experience working with inventory. 

·         Understanding of bills of materials and product drawings.

·         A data-driven mindset with experience in Excel and ERP systems (JDE preferred)

·         Affinity with technology and good stakeholder management skills. 

·         Good cultural awareness is a must due to the global characteristics. 

·         High operational involvement and you are proactive and decisive. 

·         Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in an international environment.
