Your responsibilities

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Veghel  office, where our HQ and largest workforce are located, you will be close to the action. Part of the People Services Benelux & Nordics organization, the TA team reports to the People Services Director and is responsible for all TA activities for The Netherlands. Supported by the global Talent & Learning CoE, there is a strong connection with our other global TA communities.

The Veghel team is responsible for Campus Recruitment, TA events, and E2E recruitment for all positions in The Netherlands. As Vanderlande is growing and developing, so is the TA discipline, meaning a high degree of professional and personal development, and ample room to improve and innovate.

If you are the experienced TA Specialist we are looking to hire, you know what it means to be recruiting for (high) tech organizations. You are a natural when it comes to building in-company relationships and managing expectations. You just as much enjoy hiring for entry-level positions as for positions in senior leadership, and are focused on delivering high-quality results both to hiring managers and candidates.

Your qualifications and skills

If you are the experienced, innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking to hire, you should recognize yourself in this description:

  • Focused on delivering an irresistible Candidate Experience and Hiring Manager Experience

  • Skilled in partnering up with HRBPs and the business to map business needs and create a sound recruiting and sourcing strategy

  • Strong in building and maintaining talent pipelines and building a network

  • Excellent stakeholder management both in- and outside of the organization

  • Skilled communicator on all levels of the organization

  • A fun and committed colleague, we are looking for a team member as much as a professional!

We ask that you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor/Master degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting, of which at least 2 years in international corporate recruitment

  • Experience in recruitment for technical positions is a big plus

  • A track record in innovative and creative solutions for recruiting challenges

  • Experience in Workday is an advantage

  • Excellent command of English and preferably Dutch (other languages ​​would be advantageous).
