Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Logistics Administrator you are playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth logistics processes within the EDC. You will be responsible for resolving process and logistic challenges, creating and maintaining process descriptions, and developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Moreover, the role involves acting as the primary contact point for all warehouse management system (WMS) related matters, both internally and externally.
Your main duties and responsibilities include:

Serving as the first point of contact for all WMS-related issues and ensuring the system’s functionality;

Responsible for all item master data
-
Responsible for Location Management
-
Achieving the set targets for productivity and efficiency within the department;

Defining, refining and keeping logistical processes up to date to ensure operational efficiency;

Being accountable for the development and monitoring of KPIs within the EDC;
-
Taking ownership of inventory reliability, ensuring accuracy and consistency in stock levels.

You have a profound understanding of Distribution Center processes

You like to identify issues and find practical solutions for day-to-day challenges

You are pro-active and ready to take ownership within different processes

You are ambitious and independent with a practical and action-oriented approach

Experience with JDE and Locus

Advanced skills in Excel

You have a MBO (level 4) degree preferably within the field of logistics

Having at least 5 years’ experience in a warehousing environment is a plus

This position offers a competitive salary range of €2.800 to € 3.500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
