市场营销和传播
市场营销和传播部门负责范德兰德的定位和形象打造工作。该部门面临的主要挑战是通过所有可用的营销工具优化公司的形象和品牌知名度。市场营销和传播部门的工作涵盖四种不同类型的沟通：企业和公关、营销、内部沟通和招聘。
市场营销和传播部门使用跨平台工具来增强我们的企业形象，这些工具包括广告、公关、宣传视频、大型展会和活动等。此外，该部门还会利用各种线上推广平台，包括社交媒体。
人力资源部 (HR)
人力资源部帮助公司确保企业员工遵守核心价值观。该部门负责资源管理和监管雇佣相关的方方面面。他们面临的主要挑战是确保在 Workday 系统（公司重要的人力资源系统）中妥善管理范德兰德全球员工的信息。
同时，人力资源部还要通过薪酬和福利以及劳动市场品牌推广和招聘政策，连结现有员工和潜在员工。实现这一目标要遵守范德兰德的企业战略，并通过公司的社交媒体渠道进行宣传。
此外，人力资源部还要通过范德兰德学院领先业界的课程来促进培训和发展，并通过人才培养项目帮助员工成长进步。发现人才并制定继任计划对个人绩效水平有着积极的影响。人力资源部还积极主动地进行员工健康和安全管理，对范德兰德的企业社会责任政策拥有敏锐的意识。
财务和控制
业务支持和控制是范德兰德取得全面成功的重要推动力。财务和控制部门（共享服务中心、业务/项目管控及集团财务和控制）持续支持公司实现可持续盈利增长战略。该部门面临的核心挑战之一是成为能够提供可靠（管理）信息，以及建设性的建议和反馈的业务合作伙伴。
财务和控制部门还要确保行政流程有效、高效并正确执行，以保护信息的可靠性，这些可预测的信息有助于降低潜在风险。此外，合规性是该部门的重要目标，因为范德兰德必须遵守许多内部和外部规定（例如税务和内部/外部财务报告）。
设施
设施部门通过让地面、建筑、工作空间和其他设施保持最佳状态，来确保为费赫尔（Veghel）的所有现场员工营造有序、安全和温馨的工作环境。经常进行办公环境评估非常有助于发现需要改进的地方并及时落实。
信息和通信技术 (ICT)
信息和通信技术部门为范德兰德实现业务目标提供支持。该部门负责提供、开发和构建必要的信息和通信技术服务，例如流程、信息系统和基础设施等。
法务
法务部负责提供咨询服务，并确保有效管理任何法务或合同风险。该部门也是业务部门高级管理人员（与业务的法律方面相关）“切磋问题的对手”。
