The Program Manager Talent & Leadership Development is a critical role within our People First Strategy in developing the Next Generation Talent & Leaders who bring Vanderlande to the future. In this role you design and deliver leadership development journeys and program. You work closely together with the our Learning Consultants, Talent Management team and HR community. You determine needs and implement plans to address the learning needs of our managers. In this role you are responsible for scoping and design, development, project managing, implementing, vendor selection and measuring impact of leadership development initiatives.
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Leadership, the Program Manager Talent & Leadership Development:
Partner with Global Learning Consultants, HR Business Partners and People Services to identify needs that leverage the core of our leadership development programs, frameworks and other best practices to help leaders to get the best out of their people.
Align and partner with Talent Management on development needs analysis and translating them into development opportunities (e.g., talent acceleration programs, traineeships, etc.)
Program manage Talent & Leadership initiatives in line with the learning process. Plan, monitor and deliver (in partnership with People Services) excellent outcomes within timelines.
(Re-)design and update the Leadership Development architecture and curriculum in alignment to the Global Leadership Competency Framework
Collaborate with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals.
Work with, lead and coach colleagues within regional People Services to ensure alignment with best practices, processes and technology.
Manage and partner with external partners and preferred suppliers to shape, customize and implement learning and development strategies.
Lead the establishment of communities of practice in key topics identified as important for client groups or partner with existing communities of practice within Vanderlande.
Implement measures to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions delivered
Provide domain expertise and thought leadership in best practices regarding talent & leadership development. Ensuring Global consistency and local relevance.

Master degree in Organizational Sciences, I&O Psychology or Human Resource Development
8+ years’ progressive experience in organizational learning and development in complex (technical) multinational context. Experience in consultancy is a pre.
Excellent consultancy, influencing, communication and project and stakeholder management skills. Strong collaboration through servant leadership with a commercial mindset.
Excellent English on near-native level is essential to be successful.
Assertive, flexible, proactive, tenacious, cultural intelligence.
