What will you be doing?
In the role of Recruitment Business Partner (internal title: Senior Recruiter), you will be expected to challenge the status quo. We’re looking for a Senior with exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to join our Talent Acquisition team at Vanderlande. Someone who can build dynamic relationships with candidates, peers, hiring managers, and HR business partners. Someone who is able to juggle operational delivery with strategic thinking. You will play a vital role in quality and process improvement as you will use data and analytics to provide insights to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
About the team

Responsibilities

You will be a trusted advisor to both the business unit as the team, playing the role of a talent expert to uncover the very best talent for Vanderlande.

Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruiting needs and business objectives.

You will own and manage a full end to end recruitment process. Finalize positions including offer packages through to contracting.

Translating business plans into hiring strategy for your Business Unit.

Creating new sourcing strategies while leveraging advanced recruiting tools and techniques to identify, attract, screen and recommend candidates.

You will identify and act upon opportunities for simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement. And will participate in local and/or global projects focused on improvement of the TA function.

Providing the TA Manager with regular updates on Strategic Recruitment projects.

Acting as a mentor for other recruiters in the Recruitment team.

Qualifications

A Bachelor/Master’s degree.

5+ years of relevant experience in Recruiting.

Proven ability to strategically partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners.

A track record in innovative and creative solutions for recruiting challenges.

Excellent command of English and preferably Dutch (other languages would be advantageous).
What we offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.050 to €6.000 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
