As we look to enhance our employees’ skills and capabilities, the Talent Acquisition team located in Marietta, GA is looking for an intern for the Fall 2024 semester. As part of our Human Resources team, the Global Talent Acquisition Intern will play a pivotal role in managing recruiting documentation, creating insightful reporting, designing dashboards, as well as administrative functions such as organizing, coordinating, and scheduling training activities/events in support of the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and metrics-driven and passionate about innovation, coordination, and scheduling of events.
The primary function of this position will be to assist the Talent Acquisition team with compiling local and global policies, processes and guidelines, leading to the creation of one source of knowledge for Talent Acquisition and main stakeholders. Additionally, utilizing data, metrics, and statistics from multiple sources and applying creative descriptive analytical solutions. Additional responsibilities include administrative TA functions for events, and helping document our local and global processes, conducting surveys, answering TA tool inquiries, and generating insightful reports to support our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Policies, Processes and Guidelines Documentation: Gather and analyze all existing knowledge records to find opportunities for standardization. Map end to end recruiting processes and locate documentation gaps that need attention. Identify and establish storage space for global recruiting material.
- Metrics Compilation and Reporting: Collect and compile data related to recruiting activities and other relevant metrics. Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights into the impact of TA initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- Survey Generation: Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to gather feedback from participants before and after training events. Use survey data to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Training/Event Organization: Organize and support TA meetings, trainings, and events.
- Support Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition programs, including global initiatives, internship programs, communities of practice, and onboarding activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings and support managing communication with stakeholders and participants.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (with a concentration in Analytics), or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with survey design and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
