- Lead system design for regular/complex projects..
- Drive detailed design and peer review processes.
- Plan and manage large-scale mechanical work packages.
- Lead engineering teams and synchronize multi-discipline planning.
- Independently estimate budgets and ensure delivery within scope.
- Provide advanced site support and finalize documentation.
- Act as a go-to expert and mentor for junior engineers.
Skills:
- Advanced mechanical and material handling expertise.
- Intermediate steelwork, automation, and safety analysis.
- Strong understanding of customer processes and engineering standards.
- Elevated leadership, creativity, and results orientation.
- Communication and influence rated at level B or higher.
- Exposure of BIM /REVIT will be privileged.
