Are you our upcoming technical service expert?
And do you want to be an expert in control technology who enjoys solving puzzles? We are now offering you the opportunity to learn from the best experts!
What will you do?
As a Service Automation Engineer, you will start in a training program to learn the low-level control software of our material handling systems. You will become a technical expert and take on increasing responsibilities. In addition to training, you and your team are responsible for quickly resolving errors and other issues with our customers' systems. You track and resolve incidents and are responsible for logging and monitoring these tickets in our service management tool. If an incident cannot be resolved on-site, you perform a quick fix and coordinate the incident with the relevant specialists. After the incident is resolved, you analyze the cause of the incident and work with your team to come up with solutions to prevent recurrence. The majority of these support tasks are performed 24/7 from our office via VPN connections. For our local service organizations (worldwide), you and your colleagues are the point of contact for low-level control software-related problems that cannot be resolved locally. You are therefore an important link between the various service organizations and internal departments, while regularly communicating directly with customers.
