As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will lead the pricing consulting and maintenance of our pricing system using the Computer Aided Pricing (CAP) database which keeps region specific records. You will be responsible of reviewing cost levels of existing CAP records and propose cost for new records if necessary. Cost Engineers (working from Proposal & Pricing Verification) review proposed cost levels and accurate update CAP.

An accurate and up-to-date view on the Product Cost Price (PCP) is required to keep CAP records in good shape. The CAP database requires maintenance as prices change over time for various reasons.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing various routes, update required to CAP (via analyzing spend reports, new equipment added to Product Data Books, etc.)
  • Identify underlying root causes
  • Align findings and propose relevant mitigations
  • Prepare presentation materials for pricing meetings
  • Map existing processes
  • Analyze functional bottle necks
  • Generate improvement ideas, lead idea generation sessions
  • Align stakeholders
  • Evaluate alternative solutions in ways of working, process, system or other
  • Design (new and improved) process including interaction by all stakeholders
  • Review, manage, and update cost data in ERP system

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with developing and managing pricing or cost estimating
  • Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the material handling industry
  • Experience with logistical processes and system design
  • Supervisory or leadership experience

This position may require domestic and international travel up to 10%.
