Primary roles and responsibilities –
- Analyze trends on KPI/SLA
- Identify areas of improvements (using feedback)
- Where required, proposes new/ different process steps
- Link process improvement steps to the set KPIs
- Extend support to the operations team to understand specific root cause and acts in their Tier 2 role
- Writes/reviews work instructions/SOP’s
- Coordinating and participation in Test process – UAT – in case of tool changes
- Address instances that might lead to fraud, financial risk or loss of efficiency (guardians of the "Financial Universe")
- Perform root cause analysis
- Actively share knowledge best practice in community
- Explain and teach (new) colleagues
- Focus on results and shares successes/presents achievements
- Escalates timely and in proper way – follows certain steps, reaching out to the right person/level
- Resolves items E2E
- Sees things through completion
- Follows a structured approach when proposing improvements
- Inquisitive / Curious – asks the why questions a lot
- Teaming /collaborates, actively reach out and connect
- Act according to the global standard, documents regional deviations and brings these forwards to DPO for approval or resolution
- Supports in process improvement/roll out initiated by DPO (UAT, implementation training)
- Analyses KPI to identify improvements together with operational team, stakeholders and DPO

Skillsets:
- A Bachelor/master’s degree in accountancy or Business Administration.
- 5-7 years relevant experience within an international organization or accountancy firm.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- You understand the accounting principles according to IFRS;
- You are a Team player
- Fluency in English
- Dutch is an advantage.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards is an advantage.
