This internship is regarding the skilled first line ICT Support of the Vanderlande employees worldwide.
The ICT Service Centre is an international team where people from different office around the world work together to help our internal customers (the Vanderlande employees). The team consists of people of all ages and backgrounds.
Tasks / responsibilities
The skilled firstline support is responsible for:
- Hardware management (installation, hand-out)
- Ticket handling with IT issues
- Receiving and answering phone calls with IT issues.
This internship is for IT students who are eager to learn about IT in an international organization. Knowledge about office and Microsoft is required, knowledge about a ticket handling system like TOPdesk is an advantage.
