Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring top-notch quality in business operations? At Vanderlande, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our project performance by monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators. Your insights will fuel our project review meetings, driving continuous improvement and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional results.

Your responsibilities

  • Organizing and chairing project review meetings: Lead discussions on project performance from multiple perspectives.

  • Performing checks at specific milestones: Ensure projects are on track and meeting targets.

  • Implementing process improvements: Enhance efficiency in PMO activities.

  • Creating reports and dashboards: Provide clear and actionable insights.

  • Managing nonconformities: Address and resolve issues promptly.

  • Conducting process-related audits: Ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Providing training: Equip team members with knowledge on specific tools and processes.

  • Connecting with project stakeholders: Foster strong relationships to support project success.

Your qualifications and skills

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration (or related study)

  • A critical and process-minded approach.

  • Professional certifications in ISO 9001 (a plus).

  • A passion for technology and its potential to drive business growth.

  • Experience and knowledge of Quality Management.

  • Interest in logistic processes.

  • Knowledge and experience with Key Performance Indicators.

  • Proficiency with dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, Excel).

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • A team player who is proactive and has training skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €4.650,00 to €5.500,00 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.   

On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:​ 

  • 40 vacation days (20 statutory days and a flexible budget worth 20 days).​
