What will you be doing?
Learning Consultants (LCs) work alongside Program Managers (PMs) to ensure that the best global learning solutions are made available for regional needs. They ensure the smooth execution of global learning solutions within the region. LCs support PMs in expanding the global supplier base within the region and collaborate with local PS as needed. They facilitate small-scale training sessions and manage regional vendors, including tasks such as purchase order (PO) creation and invoicing.
Your responsibilities
Implement Global Solutions in the Region

Collaborate with Program Managers to adapt and implement global learning solutions for regional requirements.

Provide support to trainers and participants, ensuring all learning resources are available.

Coordinate logistics, such as booking training rooms and procuring necessary resources.
Supplier Management and External Collaboration
-
Assist in expanding the global supplier base to enhance learning resource accessibility.

Integrate regional suppliers into the global network.

Manage vendor relationships, including PO creation, invoicing, and contract management.
Impact Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

Assess the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback.

Drive continuous improvement processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with local People Services (PS) and other stakeholders as needed.
Workday (LMS)

Act as the Global Workday Admin, managing course approvals and other administrative tasks.

Create and manage programs, enrollment, and attendance in Workday.

Generate and analyze learning reports.
Data-Driven Approach

Monitor key metrics for participation and evaluation.

Use data to continuously improve and align learning solutions with organizational goals.
What do we ask from you?

Professional Background: Extensive experience in accelerated learning and development.

Personal Attributes: Proactive, entrepreneurial, assertive, and able to challenge the status quo.

Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills and teamwork orientation.

Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, I&O Psychology, or Human Resource Development.

Experience: Over 5 years of experience in organizational learning and development in a complex, multinational environment. Consultancy experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong consultancy, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Language: Native-level proficiency in English.

Additional Qualities: Cultural intelligence, flexibility, tenacity, and a proactive mindset.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 4050 EUR up to 5500 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
